Don’t forget to reach out . . .

0 Comments 26 February 2015

Feeling low or not coping is normal for all of us

PinnacleEveryone feels low or is unable to cope every now and then.  But what if it happens too often or last too long?

It’s often said the most important things in our community are our youth and elderly and I agree with that.  We are losing too many of our youth to the effects of depression or the sense of not being able to cope – a lack of hope.

Let’s all reach out.  It’s better to be wrong .  .  .  .

Youthline: 0800 376633  or Text 234 or email talk@youthline.co.nz

Depression.org.nz : 0800 111 757

If you are unable to reach out (some people can’t and that’s okay) then bring the situation to the attention of someone else . . .   we can’t do nothing
