Wouldn’t want to be living in the skin of Megan Nicol Reed. No sense of wonder at all
As the only male Library volunteer Ms Reed is clearly referring to me.
Why would I be outraged by her request. Rather overplaying her hand for dramatic effect I suspect.
At least they seemed happy with their purchase of second hand books: about all she and her family found to enjoy about in our little piece of paradise.
