Beach Valley Road Project tidy up for Anzac Parade 2016

It’s become a bit of an annual thing – having a good old weed and tidy up by the Beach Valley Road Project around the Piha RSA for the Anzac Parade.

Then Dan Real, Parks Ranger and all round good guy, phoned to say he had some Duke of Edinburgh Hillary award teenagers looking for some work.  I dragged myself out of bed at 8am (I’m not usually up to at least 9.30) and we got to work
