  1. Nova says:

Spokesperson for all of those official sounding groups so it sounds like we are having lots of different opinions when in reality those opinions are all the same. Has Titirangi R&R reregistered yet. Sean Freeman is her partner.

  2. viv van der wal says:

Mels Barton is the most hardworking community minded person I am proud to know. She volunteers hundreds of woman hours to help save our environment and supports the community with boundless selfless energy in numerous ways. She and Sean are hugely well informed, passionate and focussed on vital issues on our behalf. We are lucky to have their combined interests working in our favour. I would be proud to say I was involved with these good issues.

  3. Bobbie Carroll says:

That is great Viv. I still have a wee bit of a problem with people that make multi submissions and have multi says all under different ‘Titles’.

The article I refer to is a good example where most readers would have no idea of the connection between the two: Titirangi R&R Chair and The Tree Council. It’s all rather incestuous.

  4. Yvonne says:

She was also a passionate opposer of our lovely cafe, which position she defended with some exaggerated statements of doom.

  5. Stefan says:

Opposed the cafe in SOMEONE elses community as she’s not from Piha she’s from Titirangi where she enjoys many cafe’s. That’s the problem. Double dipping on opinions.
